Unfortunately, we are unable to allow changes to credit card information once an order is placed.
Sales tax is calculated using the shipping destination. We are required, by law, to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Florida. An estimation of the tax charge will be added to your order total during the checkout process. The final amount will be calculated automatically after your order is shipped, depending on the Zip Code of the shipping address.
A preorder is the reservation of an item that is not yet in stock but will be soon. An estimated shipping date is indicated for each preorder item within the product page.
1. Mixed order consisting of currently available and preorder items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees.
2. Order consisting of preorder items with different shipping dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.
All items eligible for preorder are marked as “preorder.” You can simply add a preorder item to your shopping bag just like any other item and proceed to checkout.
You can preorder as many items as you want. Each item will have its own preorder date and will be shipped to you once it is available.
We will ship your preorder as soon as it becomes available. Once each item ships, we will send you an email with the tracking details so you can know when it is expected to arrive. Please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping lead time.
At the moment, Casa Jacq ships to U.S. addresses only. Currently, we do not ship to the U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder located within the U.S. Clients are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reroute packages after they have been processed and shipped out.
The date your item(s) will be received is subject to several factors including the type of order, the volume of the order, the availability of goods, and the type of delivery method used. The estimated shipping lead time for each item can be found on the product page. Transit time is 3 to 7 business days for standard items. Preorders will ship when they become available.
