It is our goal for you to be pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items with proof of purchase. Casa Jacq has a 14-day return policy for select items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Casa Jacq and may only be refunded as a store credit.

To initiate a return, please email us at or contact us here to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will email you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, inclusive of all original packaging. Returned items should be in the same condition as when you received it: undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Casa Jacq reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Items that do not comply with our Return Policy will be rejected and sent back to the original shipping address.

We strongly recommend that you insure your returned items. We are not obligated to accept returns of goods damaged during shipping. All return shipping costs is at the expense of the client.

We will notify you via email as soon as we have received your return and processed your refund.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or store credit for eligible items. Your order number or electronic receipt may be used as proof of purchase.

Exceptions and Ineligible Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged:

· Special Orders
· Custom Orders
· Made-to-Order items
· Final-Sale items
· Gift Cards
· Items that have been installed or assembled
· Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Damaged and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Any notifications or claims outside of this window will be denied.


Proof of purchase is required for refunds on eligible items. We will let you know as soon as we have received your return and processed your refund. Once the returned item has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the returned items. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and have the refund reflected on your account.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless a return is being processed due to manufacturing defects or transit damage.
