Sales Tax

The amount of sales tax charged on your order will depend upon various factors including type of item purchased, sales price and destination of the shipment and applicable law. In case sales taxes apply, the amount will be displayed at checkout. Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the state of Florida. Note that the state of Florida collects taxes on shipping and processing charges.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150 to the contiguous United States.

U.S. Standard Delivery

Items that ship Standard Delivery via UPS or FedEx arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Please note, shipping times do not include the time it takes for the order to ship out. Backorder, preorder, and made-to-order items will take longer to dispatch. The estimated shipping lead time can be found within the product page.

Standard Delivery for larger and heavier items qualify for complimentary Curbside Delivery. Select large pieces, determined by dimensions and weight, can be delivered using White Glove Service. If you would prefer White Glove Service, you can contact us at shop@casajacq.com.


Carriers

Shipping and delivery options are dependent on the type of item(s) ordered and destination. Casa Jacq will ship most orders via UPS or FedEx. Select furniture and oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.

APO, FPO, DPO, and P.O. BOXES

Please contact us to place an order for APO, FPO or DPO addresses—unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process these orders online. Furniture, oversized items and items that ship directly from our vendors cannot be shipped to these addresses.

In-stock, Preordered and Backordered Items

The estimated shipping lead time for each item can be found on the product page. Preordered and backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

We try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed and subject to change. We will send you a detailed email if your merchandise temporarily becomes backordered with the manufacturer or vendor. This email will include a new expected ship date, if available. On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfill your preordered item(s), we will contact you and issue you with a refund. If you have ordered other items, we will still send them to you.

Items ordered together may be shipped separately from different locations, so they may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order.

Cancellations

We do our utmost best to process your order as soon as possible. We won’t be able to cancel the order if it is already being prepared to ship to you or if your order has been submitted to one of our vendors. You can contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order if you would like to cancel or modify your order.

Furniture, Oversized and Special Order Items

Select furniture, special and custom order items may be shipped directly from our vendors or manufacture to your door. Express shipping is not available on these items, and they cannot be delivered to APO, FPO, or P.O. boxes. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and oversized items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Before placing a furniture order, please measure doorways, stairways and designated location to be sure merchandise will fit.

Some furniture and oversized items will ship via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times based on location of pickup, delivery address, number of items and service level selected.

International Orders

At the moment, Casa Jacq ships only to the U.S. We do not ship to the U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I
nternational clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of their choice located within the United States. Clients are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.
