Asian ceramic storage objects serve as an inspiration for Osaka, a series from 101 Copenhagen of sculptural bowls that will adorn any tabletop. The simplified half sphere is lifted from the ground by three walls as if to merge the perfect round and square shapes into one piece. The brutalist and heavy appearance of the Osaka bowls is emphasized by its own structure, as it is cast in solid fiber concrete.
